Leads Delivered
Leads are exclusive to you and will not be resold. All lead sales and associated products (i.e postcard mailers) are final. No refunds, returns or cancellations. NO exceptions or exclusions.
We do NOT guarantee any certain results or sales on delivered leads. A lead is a prospect and NOT to be regarded or considered as a guaranteed sale.
Leads Purchase
You agree to purchase leads in line with the guidelines here. A lead will contain information that has been provided by a person as well as certain lead contact information as available, unless otherwise agreed by you and us in writing, such as: (a) first and last name, (b) phone number, (c) email address, and (d) mailing address. LeadGuy AI div of RustGuy, Inc. doesn’t guarantee the quality or adequacy of the leads that are offered to you.
When you place an order with us, you are 'opting in' to receive SMS text messages and Emails with your lead's information. By placing an order, you agree to receive text message and emails from LeadGuy AI div of RustGuy, Inc. You may unsubscribe at any time by responding STOP to our texts and clicking the 'unsubscribe' like at the bottom of your emails.
You’ll be charged for the leads based on the price stated at the time of the purchase, and fees may differ from purchase to purchase at any time. In terms of add-on services, we do our absolute best to begin delivering leads between as quickly as possible, but depending on the add-on affiliate, it may take up to 5 days to deliver an order. In such a rare case, you will be notified, and your leads will be delivered in a timely manner.
Purchases of leads are cannot be cancelled for any reason and there is no refund on fees paid. You’re not authorized to use any services that are not paid fully for.
Lead Replacements
In order to protect you from wrong, incorrect or outdated lead contact information, we “over-deliver” additional leads up to 5% of the total order. Replacement leads are delivered from the same criteria as the initial order.
